Chicken & Noodles in White Wine Sauce

Easy in the oven chicken recipe, This recipe is so good!!!!
The white wine really gives off a good flavor and I love creamy sauces in my noodles.

What you will need is:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts. (cut into 2" chunks)
  • 1/3 cup of butter
  • 1 package of dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1/3 of your favorite white wine
  • 1/2 can of cream of broccoli or celery soup
  • 2 oz. of cream cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Vegetables (broccoli, green beans, carrots)
  • 1/2 box of Pasta Noodles 
  • 1 green onion
  • Parmesan cheese
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Melt butter in a large pot and stir in the package of Italian dressing mix
  3. Add wine, cream cheese, soup, garlic, parsley, and paprika (without boiling) for 5 minutes
  4. Next add the chunks of chicken to a deep baking dish and pour sauce right over the chicken.
  5. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes.
  6. When there's about 20 minutes left for the chicken start making your pasta and vegetables.
  7. Steam broccoli, green beans and carrots.
  8. Once the chicken is done, mix in drained pasta with a spoon. 
  9. Serve chicken and noodles with Parmesan cheese on top and green onions
  10. Enjoy!
