The white wine really gives off a good flavor and I love creamy sauces in my noodles.
What you will need is:
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts. (cut into 2" chunks)
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 1 package of dry Italian dressing mix
- 1/3 of your favorite white wine
- 1/2 can of cream of broccoli or celery soup
- 2 oz. of cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Vegetables (broccoli, green beans, carrots)
- 1/2 box of Pasta Noodles
- 1 green onion
- Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Melt butter in a large pot and stir in the package of Italian dressing mix
- Add wine, cream cheese, soup, garlic, parsley, and paprika (without boiling) for 5 minutes
- Next add the chunks of chicken to a deep baking dish and pour sauce right over the chicken.

- When there's about 20 minutes left for the chicken start making your pasta and vegetables.
